Highlight film plus social cuts
One film that carries the event, and a set of vertical cuts from the same master for the feed — not a separate shoot, the same day.
Speaker interviews and backstage
A quiet corner set up in advance, so speakers and guests are captured while they are on site and in the mood — that footage carries the whole year after.
Drone and FPV where allowed
Scale shots of the venue and the crowd, plus an FPV run through the space when the site permits it. Cleared with the organiser in advance.
Fast turnaround
First cuts inside the week, while the event is still being talked about. Rush schedules are agreed before the day, never after.
Sound that survives a hall
A feed off the desk plus our own recorders and lavaliers, so a bad room PA does not take the whole film down with it.
