Individually, every time. Tell us the format, roughly how many videos you need, where they will run and by when. Within 24 hours you get an itemised estimate and a delivery date, and it does not move unless the scope does.

Very little: what the video is for, who it speaks to, where it will run, the deadline, and a couple of references you like. If you have no references, just say what the video has to achieve — the ideas are on us.

Our crew is based in Miami and travels to the shoot. Tell us where it happens and the location goes into the estimate. Fully remote and fully CGI projects have no geography at all.

That is a large part of what we do. Send a link to the rushes and tell us what went wrong — pacing, colour, sound, a shot you never got. We take post-only projects as readily as full ones.

We clone the narrator’s voice from the original master, translate and re-time the script so it fits the picture, re-record with the cloned voice, lip-sync any on-camera dialogue and rebuild every on-screen graphic in the target language. You approve a per-language cut before the final mix. We have shipped the same film in six languages this way.

You do — full commercial rights on final payment, worldwide and perpetual. Music and stock licences are bought in your name and listed in the estimate. Project files and CGI assets are handed over on request.

A single-format social film in about eight days from the moment the brief is locked, if there is no on-camera cast. Rush schedules are agreed upfront, before the work starts, and never applied afterwards.
